This machine is suitable for the palletizing of dry products of simple block production lines, and is a fixed site palletizing machine. The machine is fixed in the factory and uses PLC + touch screen intelligent control. The power cabinet and control console are separated, with beautiful appearance and easy operation. The dual hydraulic control oil circuits are separated, the movements do not interfere with each other, and the dual chucks work at the same time, which greatly improves work efficiency.

This machine can separate and palletize cement bricks of different specifications produced by different models of brick machines. After stacking, the whole stack is transported to the yard for maintenance by forklift. It can also cooperate with forklift clamps to achieve palletless palletizing and directly load bricks, which greatly saves labor costs. The whole system only needs one person to operate. The daily brick stacking capacity is about 2,000 boards.
